Terms of use
Last updated: 10 August 2026
These terms govern your use of this website and the services offered by Direct-IR, a trading name of Humazing Pty Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Our services
Direct-IR provides investor relations and marketing support services to ASX-listed companies on a pay-per-job basis, as described on our services page. Services are scoped and priced individually - there's no retainer or ongoing contract, unless you opt in to a recurring service (such as social media management), which can be cancelled at any time.
Engaging our services
Submitting an enquiry through this website doesn't create a contract between us. A service engagement begins once we've agreed on scope, price, and timing with you directly.
AI-assisted workflow
Some of our work is produced using template libraries and AI-assisted workflows. Every piece of work is reviewed and signed off by a qualified professional before it's delivered to you, and disclosure-related work is checked against JORC and ASX Listing Rule requirements as part of that review.
Not financial or legal advice
Direct-IR provides investor relations, communications, and marketing support. Nothing we produce constitutes financial product advice, legal advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell securities. You remain responsible for ensuring your disclosures and communications comply with your obligations as an ASX-listed entity.
Intellectual property
Once a job is paid for in full, you own the final deliverable we provide to you. We retain the right to use our own templates, tools, and processes for other clients.
Payment
Pricing for each service is as published on our website at the time of your enquiry, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices listed on this website are indicative only and are subject to change without notice. Firm pricing is provided in the Service Level Agreement (SLA) once your brief has been reviewed and considered. Payment terms will be confirmed when we scope your job.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Direct-IR's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific job in question.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised.
