How do you ensure compliance?
Anything disclosure-related is checked against an ASX Listing Rules and JORC compliance AI/LLM system we've built in-house. (Handy tip: we believe this is also how the ASX copes with its own workload.) Once your work has been tested against our in-house systems it is reviewed by a professional team member before it reaches you.
What happens if I only need one thing?
You order that one thing and pay for it. There's no minimum spend and nothing else to buy - come back next time you need something else.
Who's actually doing the work?
To be upfront and crystal clear - this is not AI slop. We use qualified freelancers depending on the nature of the job. Then we QA-check it against our in-house AI-vetting systems, followed by a third review gate with a qualified professional. This streamlined, tech-driven workflow allows us to deliver quality work for low prices.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No. There's no retainer and no monthly minimum. Before work commences on your brief, we supply you with a Service Level Agreement (SLA) that outlines the scope, price and turnaround time. You can choose to accept or decline the SLA before work begins. Please note we do not release the finished work until payment is received. We run a lean team focused on high-quality work, not admin - which is easier when there are no overdue accounts to chase.
Why pay per job instead of a retainer?
In our experience, most ASX micro and small-cap companies don't have enough news flow to justify a full-time retainer - you might need an announcement drafted one month and some social media posts to keep the market informed.
